CANCELLATION POLICY

At Konstant Relief Holistic Therapy, we kindly ask for at least 14 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations or changes made within 14 hours of your appointment will be charged the full session price.
  • No-shows will also be charged the full session price.

LATE APPOINTMENTS

Please note, if You are running late to your session it will result in a shorter appointment in order not to penalize the clients booking after you.

NEW CLIENTS

Please, arrive 5 min early to have time to fill out a health-intake form and discuss your body aches with therapist.

REFERRAL POLICY
