Office Policy

Konstant Relief Holistic Therapy has a 14 hours CANCELLATION POLICY. If You need to change or cancel Your appointment, You must do so at least 14 hours in advance. If You change Your appointment less than 14 hours prior Your appointment we would have to charge You 50% of the session. Cancellations made within 4 hours prior to Your appointment would result in full session charge.

Please, make sure you call our office line: 248-824-3030, and leave a voice mail. Leaving a voice mail ensures that your message is auto forwarded to us before and after business hours and on weekends. DO NOT text us or rely on direct communication with your practitioner as a means of canceling your appointment.

Should you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy, feel free to reach out to us or speak with your provider next time you're in the office.

Please note, if You are running late to your session it will result in a shorter appointment in order not to penalize the clients booking after you.

Please, arrive 5 min early to have time to fill out a health-intake form and discuss your body aches with therapist.

Referrals are greatly appreciated. We reward You with $5 for every client You send our way.
